Share Your Creativity!

One of the hallmarks of a professional is collaborating with others to better one's practice.  As members of the Teaching Profession, we have the opportunity to mentor one another to improve our teaching and thereby help our students with their language learning.

Would you would like to SUBMIT a teaching idea that supports student learning and the Six Language Arts?  If so, please prepare your material as a Word document and save it in Rich Text Format (RTF).

Along with your content, please include:
  • Contextual Remarks (What do teachers need to know about the purpose and situation for which this approach or material is intended?  For students in which grade level or course?)
  • Layout Preferences (How do you want your material to look?  If you can provide "camera ready" materials, all the better!)
  • Acknowledgment and Contact Information (Please include Your Name and School Name as well as source references, if applicable.)

Then, please e-mail your material to ELAC's Website Editor

You can also SHARE and CONNECT with your peers in other ways:

Cannot decide whether to write an article for ELAC's journal Alberta Voices or submit something to this website?  Look over this
CHART that compares these two ways to connect with colleagues.
